Ken Harvey is the author of the award-winning short story collection "if you were with me everything would be alright" and the memoir "A Passionate Engagement". Born in Lynn, Massachusetts, Harvey he is the recipient of the Violet Quill literary prize. "if you were with me" was named one of LAMBDA's twenty books of note and his work has also appeared in over a dozen literary journals including the Nebraska Review and the Massachusetts Review.
